Paid extra for customization but received the base costume

The changes to the base design were not made. I received the base costume without any of the customization that I paid for and ordered. Poor communication. No response about the mistake.

Love this costume! Great shopper experience

We are So happy with the costume we purchased! The color is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. It feels well made. We can’t wait to start Rhinestoning it.
