Our Catalog Costumes are professionally manufactured styles available through our catalog collection. These costumes can be customized with color changes and select modifications, making them a wonderful option for dancers seeking beautiful designs with shorter design timelines.
Because these are catalog styles, they may also be available through other dance costume retailers.
Exclusive & Luxe Designs
Our Exclusive & Luxe Designs are available only through Dress Your Dancer. These elevated designs feature unique styling, premium details, and distinctive elements that set them apart from standard catalog offerings.
Designed with originality and stage presence in mind, Exclusive & Luxe costumes are created to help dancers make a memorable impression on stage.

Every costume is inspected by Dress Your Dancer before being shipped to our customers.

- Order is placed.
- Costume enters production.
- Costume ships from the manufacturer to Dress Your Dancer.
- Our team completes a quality inspection.
- Optional rhinestoning, appliqués, or custom embellishments are added if purchased.
- Approval photos may be provided for custom additions.
- Your completed costume ships to you.
⏳ Production & Delivery
Most made-to-order costumes require approximately 10-12 weeks from the date of purchase.
Production timelines may vary during peak competition season, holidays, or for large group orders.
If your costume is needed by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering.
📏 Sizing & Measurements
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements. In all listing photos you will find a guide on how to measure a dancer.
Please review all measurements carefully before submitting your order. Costumes are produced specifically for each customer, and sizing adjustments cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
🎨 Color Selection
Please refer to our color charts when selecting costume colors.
Please note:
• Colors may appear differently on various screens and devices.
• Lighting conditions can affect color appearance in photographs.
• Custom colors are produced according to the selection submitted with your order.
We recommend reviewing all color selections carefully before checkout.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of dance costumes, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Measurement errors
• Color selection errors
• Change of mind
If your costume arrives with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.

Step 1: Design Consultation
We'll discuss your ideas, inspiration, colors, budget, timeline, and performance needs.
Step 2: Mockup Creation
A custom costume mockup will be created based on your vision.
Step 3: Design Approval
You'll review the design and request any desired revisions.
Step 4: Agreement & Measurements
A signed agreement and measurements are required before production begins.
Step 5: Production
Your costume is created according to the approved design and selected custom option. Photos will be sent once production is complete for you to approve.
Step 6: Final Review & Shipping
Once completed, your costume is prepared and shipped.
Please note that design changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
