Catalog Patterns: May also be available through other dancewear retailers or platforms which makes them not exclusive to your dancer. However, manufacturing can begin more quickly because the design and patterns have already been created. You still have the option to get it personalized to better match your vision, because it has not started the manufacturing process yet. Exclusive Patterns: These are designs and patterns that are not available anywhere else and are exclusive to only Dress Your Dancer customer's. Manufacturing can begin more quickly because the design and patterns have already been created by us but you can still have it personalized to better match your vision. You may change colors or do slight base changes on the drop down menu. (Timeline: 10-12 weeks)

Custom Patterns: If our catalog and exclusives base designs with the option to personalize them are still not your vision of the costume you desire, this is where a custom designed one comes in. Requires a lengthy timeline because of obvious steps from multiple options of creation and what is needed to go from thought to stage. 

Catalog/Exclusive Order Process:

Order Placement: Once you place your order, it will be sent to production.

Shipping Notification: After your order ships from our manufacturer, you will receive a notification from us.

Quality Check: Upon receiving your order, we will perform a thorough quality check to ensure everything meets our high standards.

Additional Items: If you added custom items like appliqués or rhinestoning, you will receive a separate update on the status of that work.

Approval of Custom Work: Once the additional work is completed, we will send you photos for approval.

Final Shipping: After receiving your approval, your order will be shipped out to you.

Custom Orders Process:

Custom orders go through the following process:

Mock-Up: We will create a mock-up based on your specifications and send it for review.

Approval: Once you review and approve the mock-up, we will proceed to the next step.

Signed Agreement: A signed agreement is required to confirm all details, including the design and size.

Production: After the agreement is signed, your order will move into production.

Please note that this process ensures your custom order is tailored to your exact preferences, and any changes after approval may result in delays or additional charges.

Shipping Information:

Orders will be shipped within 10-12 weeks from the date of purchase for Catalog/Exclusive orders, custom orders have a variable timeline base on options chosen. Please note that production and shipping times may vary based on the volume of orders.

Sizing & Measurements:

You are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements when placing your order. Please ensure you double-check your measurements to avoid any issues with fit. We are unable to make size adjustments after the order is confirmed.

Color Selections:

Please refer to our color charts when selecting the color for your order. Ensure you choose the correct shade, as colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued if the wrong color is selected. Be sure to double-check your choice before finalizing your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and reviewed your measurements carefully before placing your order.

If there is a defect with the product, please contact us within [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order, and we will assist with a resolution.
